We are seeking financial support to cover essential legal and accountancy support to ensure our organisation is compliant, sustainable, and well-managed for example...legal advice related to our lease, governance responsibilities, and compliance as a community-run organisation. Professional accountancy services to manage annual accounts, reporting, and financial planning in line with charity and community group requirements. As a volunteer-run group, we lack the professional expertise and resources to cover these specialist costs. Access to legal and financial guidance is crucial to safeguard the hall, ensure transparency, and meet our obligations as community asset holders. Without this support, we risk administrative and legal challenges that could threaten the long-term sustainability of our hall. By securing professional advice and sound financial management, we can continue providing a safe, welcoming, and affordable space for a wide range of local activities and groups. The hall serves as a vital hub for social, recreational, and educational opportunities, helping to reduce isolation, build connections, and strengthen our community. |
