What the programme offers
The programme gives you practical support, confidence and skills to start and grow a business. Young people from all backgrounds take part, from creatives to makers to digital entrepreneurs.
Expert workshops
Learn the basics of running a business, including planning, marketing, budgeting and managing customers. Sessions are led by experienced professionals who understand what new businesses need.
One‑to‑one mentoring
You’ll be matched with a dedicated mentor who will guide you through every stage — from shaping your idea to handling challenges once you launch.
Funding support
You may be able to apply for start‑up grants or low‑interest loans to help your business get off the ground.
A supportive network
You’ll join a community of other young people who are also starting their own businesses. It’s a space to share ideas, collaborate and learn from each other.
Ongoing help
Support continues after you launch, with access to events, advice and opportunities to help you grow.
Who can apply
You can join the programme if you are:
• aged 18 to 30
• living in the UK
• unemployed or working fewer than 16 hours a week
• interested in starting a business
