Customer Experience Strategy consultation
Have your say and help shape how council services work for you
The council is developing a new Customer Experience Strategy for 2026 to 2030. This will set out how we will improve the way you access services, get information and updates, and contact us whether online, by phone, or in person. We need your views to help shape our priorities and make sure improvements are based on what residents need most.
Your feedback will be used to help us understand what matters most, what gets in the way, and what improvements would make the biggest difference.
