Notice of times for inspecting returns as to election expenses
As Returning Officer for the above election, I hereby, give notice that the election expenses returns, declarations and all accompanying documents of candidates at the above election may be inspected between the hours of 8.45am and 4.45pm Mondays to Thursdays and 8.45am and 4.15pm on Fridays except public holidays at the Election Office, 21 Beckford Street, Hamilton ML3 0BT (Phone 01698 455745) for a period of two years after receipt by me. The fee payable for a copy of any such return, declaration or document is 20p for each side of each page.
I also give notice, as required by section 88A(2) of the Representation of the People Act 1983, that as of today's date being the date this notice is published I have not received the return or declaration in respect of Cameron Eadie and Jonathan Jack Richardson.

As Returning Officer at the above By-Election held on 6 July 2023 for the Ward 9 – East Kilbride West of South Lanarkshire Council, in accordance with Section 88A(3) of the Representation of the People Act 1983, give notice that the returns and declarations of election expenses of the candidate noted below may be inspected between the hours of 8.45am to 4.45pm Mondays to Thursdays and 8.45am to 4.15pm on Fridays except public holidays at the Election Office at the address detailed below during the next two years after receipt by me. The fee payable for a copy of any such return, declaration or document is 20p for each side of each page.
