| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. It is recognised that there is a lack of participation from youth groups in Community Council activity. This will be addressed by through our action plan engaging with youth council representatives in the South Lanarkshire area.
