| Conclusion | The Scottish Government has already undertaken an Equalities Impact Assessment on the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 and the statutory and advisory guidance published to support it. The South Lanarkshire Scheme of Assistance adheres to this guidance. An initial equalities impact assessment has confirmed the need for wider stakeholder consultation on the interim and final Schemes of Assistance, including consultation with community groups. |
