| Aims and Objectives | As part of the annual corporate exercise to secure efficiency savings, it is proposed to offer up investment funding previously allocated to Social Work Resources for Equipment and Adaptations and Care Services for Older People. This funding has been delayed over the last few years, so this saving does not impact on current levels of service delivery.

| Conclusion | The saving proposed here involves funding that was never commited as part of service budgets and its return to central finance will not impact on current levels of service delivery. Therefore the conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations.
