| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there is no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. The 3 exercise referral schemes are inclusive to all SLC target groups. There is however targetting within each scheme. EK leg it has a low risk inclusion criteria set by health professionals in the NHS. Up For It referrals have to be from specific regeneration areas pre determined by the Scottish Government. Live Active is an all inclusive via post code and risk factor.
