| Conclusion | The Gender Equality Scheme has been specifically designed to comply with current equality and diversity legislation and has been written in close consultation with member of our community and workforce and is intended to positively impact on the attitude and working practices of those living in South Lanarkshire and therefore the conclusion of this impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations.
