| Conclusion | As all ages are encouraged to attend classes for swimming with staff also trained to deal with a variety of people with different needs, and that there is on offer 1:1 lessons as well. Reports are also collated to allow statisitical information to be colated therefore the conclusion of this initial assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations.
