Aims and Objectives	The policy was put in place to secure the health, safety and security of employees and compliant with the HASAWA 1974
Conclusion	As part of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, this policy should be adhered to by all employees, members of the public, visitors and contractors as it is an inclusive policy encompassing all therefore the conclusion of this equalities impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations
