| Aims and Objectives | To ensure the IFSS is targeted to those children and young people most at risk of accommodation, who are escalating through the children's hearing system. To ensure eligibility criteria is based on a multiagency assessment that a child is at risk of accommodation and prevent escalation through the care system. To target intensive family and individual work with young people who become accommodate or who escalate to high tariff care placements |
