Aims and ObjectivesThe purpose of the scheme is to reimburse employees for additional receipted expenditure reasonably incurred whilst undertaking official duties as part of their employment with South Lanarkshire Council.
ConclusionThe initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to collect and analyse monitoring data to enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 6 months.
