| Aims and Objectives | The Mobile Creche has been developed to enable adults to participate in community based adult learning opportunities. A reduction in net operating costs for the Mobile Creche Service could be achieved by developing a business plan. This would require a review and refocus of existing levels of internal provision and offering the service to a wider external client group. The potential additional income generation will be used to offset net operating costs, thus achieving required savings.

| Conclusion | Our aim is to identify a reduction in net operating costs which will be achieved through increased income generation with no negative impact on service delivery. The conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there is no evidence of adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations.
