| Aims and Objectives | It is proposed that mobile library services be focused in rural areas where there is no static library within a reasonable distance. This would reduce the total number of mobile library vehicles across South Lanarkshire from 3 to 2.

This would reduce the total number of mobile library vehicles across South Lanarkshire from 3 to 2. The conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations.
