| Aims and Objectives | The purpose of this procedure is to enable service users access and use I.T. systems in a safe and accountable manner.

| Conclusion | This initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to collect and analyse monitoring data to enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 12 months. There are currently no concerns of adverse impact for service users as the policy is concerned with meeting their individual needs.
