Aims and ObjectivesThis proposal is to remove the gain in teaching time for schools who have probationer teachers covering class teachers vacancies. At present, two probationers are teaching 0.6 FTE each - a gain of 0.2 FTE to the school.
ConclusionThe conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations.
