| Project Description | The project will support local communities to develop and maintain local environmental and conservation assets. It will co ordinate volunteering activity and ensure that high standards of work are achieved. Individuals and groups will be supported to engage in practical projects developing green assets such as walkways, woodlands, outdoor learning areas and growing areas. It will engage individuals facing the most significant health, social and vocational inequalities due to their enduring mental health issues, learning disability or other long term health condition in active environmental volunteering in their community. |
