| About us | The Tae Kwon Do group are situated and practice within the John Ogilvie High School in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. We are a small organisation working with all children and young people from a diverse range of backgrounds. We support all disabilities and promote health and wellbeing through this energetic sport. We are also focussed on creating a strong anti-bullying structure to ensure each of our young people feel comfortable and relaxed. . |
| Our Wish | We would like to give our young people the opportunity to compete in the World Tae Kwon Do Championships. They are held in Coventry on the 14th 15th and 16th July, 2023. We would like to send a total of 10 students who all come from disadvantaged backgrounds with extremely low incomes. It costs £200 for each student so we require a financial donation of £2000. This is a fantastic opportunity for these children take part in such a prestigious event run by one of the main Tae Kwon Do Associations. This event will be attended by over 30 countries with over 3000 competitors and therefore offers a great life experience for the young people. |
