| About us | Scotland Boys Club 2011s purple is a grassroots football team within the local community. The team has young people aged between 13-14. It is run by volunteer coaches who are vetted and SYFA qualified. The young people receive 2 hours of training per week and play games every Saturday. This isn't just a football team, the young people are able to form bonds, long lasting friendships, gain role models and discipline. This ensures there are given a good start in life. The team relies heavily upon fundraising and sponsorships to allow them to continue. This is a struggle and we can only ask so much from parents, some of whom are living under poverty. |
