| Consultation summary and background | South Lanarkshire Council is starting the process of reviewing its Short-term Let licensing policy. The policy sets out how the licensing authority considers and determines applications for short-term let licenses. The policy also details the expectations the authority has of licence holders in operating their premises. |
| Why are we consulting? | As a relatively new licensing regime, South Lanarkshire Council is inviting you to contribute to any amendments you feel would enhance the current policy and is keen to receive a wide range of responses. The results of this consultation (on the existing policy) will help to shape any changes |
