| Reason | Indiscriminate parking on Ashton Road is reducing the carriageway width, which is creating problems with the flow of vehicular traffic and causing difficulty for large commercial vehicles negotiating the curvature of the bend. 4. It is therefore proposed to prohibit waiting and loading at any time on a section of Ashton Road. |
