| About us | We recently upgraded to a SCIO from an unincorporated Charity to expand the work of the Operation of a community hub encapsulating a foodbank, a pet foodbank, a clothing and household items distribution (donated items including school uniforms) centre, a community cafe (free), providing the space for a narcotics anonymous session, signposting services, hosting benefits, welfare, health and housing advisors, hosting the community library, hosting cooking seminars encouraging those in poverty to make healthier meals from the most basic supplies (new activity), advocacy services (performing as advocate for those in need), providing energy advisory services. This support is available to anyone who needs it without prejudice, judgement or referral. Our main focus has been combatting the effects and causes of homelessness, deprivation and poverty within our local community. Over the last twelve months we have assisted on average 250 families a week equating to 1,400 people who without our services would face real challenges and hardship |
| Our Wish | We have a new CRM system and need tablets and some PCs for its operation, this will make our customer experience significantly better, seamless and less stigmatic. |
