Tobacco and Nicotine Vapour Products legislation - sale and purchase

If you are found to be selling tobacco and/or Nicotine Vapour Products (NVPs) to people under the age of 18 years you will receive a fixed penalty notice of £200. If you pay the penalty within 14 days this will decrease to £150.

You can also be fined if you sell tobacco without signing up for the Scottish Tobacco Retailer's Register.

To pay, follow the instructions on the back of the fixed penalty notice.
