Fixed penalty notices and how to pay
If you are found to be selling tobacco to people under the age of 18 years you will receive a fixed penalty notice of £200. If you pay the penalty within 14 days this will decrease to £150.
You can also be fined if you sell tobacco without signing up to the Scottish Tobacco Retailer's Register.
If you have received a penalty notice you can make the payment online.
