Key fobs

If you are a council tenant or live in a former council property, you can buy a replacement or extra key fob for shared doors, car park barriers or laundry rooms. This page explains how to pay and request a fob using simple methods.

What you need before you pay

When you request a key fob, you must provide:

• your full name
• your address, including house number and flat position if needed
• your postcode
• a contact phone number
• debit or credit card details

We cannot accept payments by American Express or Electron.

How to pay

You can pay in one of two ways.

Pay online

You can use our secure online payment service. Select the area you live in and the type of fob you need. The cost will show before you pay.

Due to a technical issue, please use internet explorer when making an online payment.

After you pay, a member of your local housing team will contact you to tell you when and where to collect your key fob.

Please note that we can’t accept payments by American Express or Electron.

Pay by phone

You can also pay over the phone using a debit or credit card. Contact your Local Housing office, who will:

• confirm the cost
• take your payment
• give you further advice if needed
