Extended hours public holidays policy 2023
The Divisional Licensing Boards have decided to make a determination under Section 67 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 to the effect that the extended hours policy for the Coronation bank holiday will apply to on-sale premises from Friday 5 May to Sunday 7 May 2023. There is no need for premises to apply for extended hours during that period as long as the premises adhere to those hours.
