Extended hours policy (public holidays) 2022

The Divisional Licensing Boards have decided to make a determination under Section 67 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 to the effect that the extended hours' policy for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee will apply to on-sale premises from Thursday 2 June to Sunday 5 June 2022. There is no need for premises to apply for extended hours during that period as long as the premises adhere to those hours.  There is no obligation for any premises to trade during the extended hours approved.
