Theatre plays an important role in road safety education.

'The Journey' for P6 pupils

This involves the audience in making decisions and role playing. Key road safety messages include pedestrian and cycling safety, the transition from primary to secondary school and peer pressure when crossing the road. Schools are supplied with a support pack which includes the play script and teacher's notes.
