Learn On Line
Learn On Line can be used on a variety of devices including laptops, PCs, most tablets and mobile phones. Wi-Fi or mobile connections, which phones and tablets may rely on, can be unstable and result in loss of connection.
Logging in for the first time
To login to Learn On Line for the first time you need to supply your:
- 7-digit employee number - if you don’t know your employee number please email the Learn On Line support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- e-learning password - this will be set as your Last name to begin with. For example, Smith. Surnames that begin with Mc or Mac will have a second capital letter, for example, McMillan or MacMillan. Type in your last name (please note: this is case sensitive).
Once you have entered these details click the login button. You will now be taken through a short registration process, including setting a new password.
Your new password must be at least 6 characters long. It must contain at least one number and one lower-case and one upper-case letter. Follow the guidance carefully. The system does not accept repeating characters for example ss, or consecutive numbers like 123.
You have the option to upload a profile image. This should be a non-formal photo of yourself. When you are finished, select Next.
On the Memorable question screen, use the dropdown to choose a question and type the answer into the box. This will help if you forget your password in the future. When you are finished, select Next.
The Policy Agreement screen will appear. Read the information and tick to say you have done so. Then select Finish.
Once you have completed all the steps, you will see this Welcome pop-up. You will now be able to access Learn On Line.
Once you are confident with the log in process there is a Learn On Line quick link on the Employee information homepage.
Alternatively, you can use this button to take you to Learn On Line.

Your new password must be at least 6 characters long. Must contain at least one number, one lower-case letter and one upper-case letter. Follow the guidance carefully. The system does not accept repeating characters such as ss, or consecutive numbers like 123.
