Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction review

If you are in receipt of Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction, we may carry out a review of your claim. We do this to ensure that your claim details are up to date and that you are receiving your correct entitlement.

When your claim is selected for review, you will receive an email or letter from us requesting you to complete this online review form within one month. Failure to complete and return this form may result in a loss of benefit.

Once you have completed the online form and submitted it, we will review your entitlement and take account of any changes. We will notify you if this alters your weekly Housing Benefit and will send you a revised Council Tax bill if there has been a change to your Council Tax Reduction.
