Keeping your benefit details accurate and up to date
We regularly review Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction claims to make sure your details are up to date and your award is correct. If your claim is selected, we’ll contact you by email or letter and ask you to complete an online review form.
Please complete the online form within 1 month of the date on our email or letter.
If you do not complete the form, your Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction may be reduced or stopped.
After you submit the form, we’ll check your entitlement and tell you if anything changes. If your Council Tax Reduction changes, we’ll send you a revised Council Tax bill.
