How to object to a licence application
You can object to a licence application, such as for taxis, entertainment or late‑hours catering. You must send your objection to the Licensing office within 28 days of the publish date shown on the premises notice.
How to object
Write to the Licensing office explaining your reasons. Make sure your objection arrives before the deadline. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive it.
What happens next
We will share your objection with the applicant and consider it when making a decision. We may invite you and the applicant to attend a hearing.

Send your objection in writing to the Licensing office.
