Planning appeals and reviews
If your application has been decided by an area committee, the planning committee or by the full Council, you can appeal to the Scottish Government. You can appeal if your application has been refused or you are unhappy with conditions that have been attached to your grant of planning permission. You can also appeal if your application has not yet been decided and the statutory time period for making a decision has expired. There is no fee for submitting an appeal.
