Payment options together with contact names and addresses are on the back of your annual notice, factoring account statement or common area repair bill.
Ways to pay
- Direct Debit – payments are taken directly from your bank quarterly on 1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November (if this falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment will be taken the next working day).
Our new online form makes it very easy to arrange your Direct Debit. There’s no paperwork, no posting, no going to the bank. It’s all done very quickly. Try it!
Other ways to pay
Please note: we can't accept payments by American Express or Electron.
- Online - by using the link below. You will need your account reference number and credit or debit card details.
- Phone - pay by debit/credit card by calling the 24-hour payments call centre.
- Online banking – payments and standing orders can be made direct to the council’s bank account ort Code 83-22-26, account number 00146604. Please quote your account reference number.
