Progress report on business plan 2024/25
This progress report is in response to the commitment detailed in the MAPPA Annual Report for 2024 that Lanarkshire MAPPA would address the following issues.

| Capacity monitoring group to be established to consider and evaluate the volume of MAPPA cases locally | Training sub-group | Establish SLWG to consider implications of continued increase in volume of offenders, including those subject to statutory supervision versus SONR only, resourcing, budgets, and impact on services and revise processes accordingly | March 2025 | Multi-agency training sub-group examined capacity issues and increase in volume of offenders and revised several areas to address existing resourcing and budget issues. This included changes to review periods for Level 1 cases, ERA process amendments and reviewing existing staffing arrangements to better suit future demands |
