Care and Support Service

The Care and Support Service supports adults with learning disabilities and a range of complex needs to stay in their own home, as independently as possible so they can remain valued members of their communities.

This is done in a number of ways such as providing:

• personal care
• domestic support
• help to manage tenancies
• help to manage finances
• help to manage medication
• support to participate in a range of community activities

For more information on charges please see Charges for Social Work Services. The individual's social worker will carry out a financial assessment every year to review any charges.
