Sheltered housing

If you live in sheltered housing, you may be entitled to a concessionary TV licence that costs £7.50 per year. Your Sheltered Housing Officer will let you know if you qualify and when the licence fee for your complex is due.

How to pay the concessionary fee

You can pay the fee quickly and safely using our secure online payment service.

To make a payment, you will need:

• your name and address, including your house number and postcode
• your National Insurance number
• a contact phone number
• your debit or credit card details

We cannot accept American Express or Electron cards.

When you are ready to pay, select the area you live in. You will then be taken to the correct payment page:

• Hamilton area
• East Kilbride area
• Cambuslang/Rutherglen area
• Clydesdale area
