Damaged recycling bins (blue/burgundy/grey)

COVID-19: Delivery of bins are suspended until further notice to ensure we are able to continue to provide our bin collection service during this demanding time.

Sometimes we can replace damaged parts, rather than give you a new bin.

Bins are normally supplied within 15 working days, depending on stock availability. We are low on stock of some types of recycling bins due to high demand and there may be a delay in delivering your bin. We apologise for any inconvenience and will deliver your bin as quickly as we can. 

If your recycling bin can't be repaired we will replace it free - there is a charge if you are a housing developer.
