Annual performance report

Annual Performance Reports (APR) were produced until 2016-17 to ensure that our residents and customers were kept properly informed about our services, how we were performing and what areas of improvement we would tackle in the years ahead.

The APR has now been replaced by Annual Performance Spotlights
