Terms and conditions of the safety certificate

The safety certificate will contain terms and conditions which the Council, after consultation with Police Scotland, Scottish Ambulance Service, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Planning and Building Standards and other Safety Advisory Group partners, consider necessary to make the stand safe for all people present when it is in use. This will include any parts of the stand that are not under cover.

Terms and conditions are likely to deal with such things as exits, exit routes, stairways, gangways, barrier protection, fire precautions and stewarding.
