Pay your garage or lock-up rent

If you need to report a repair, please contact the Repairs Centre using the details on this page, or speak to your local housing office.

You can pay your garage or lock‑up rent in several ways.

Pay by Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay. Payments are taken from your bank every three months on:

  • 1 February
  • 1 May
  • 1 August
  • 1 November

If the date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, your payment will be taken on the next working day.

You can set up a Direct Debit using our quick and easy online form. There is no paperwork or need to visit your bank.

Other ways to pay

We cannot accept American Express or Electron cards.

Pay online

Use our secure online payment service. You will need:

  • your account reference number
  • your credit or debit card details

Pay my lock-up rent online

Pay by phone

You can pay by credit or debit card at any time through our 24‑hour payments call centre.
Have your 10‑digit cashier number from your notification letter or payment card ready.

Online banking

You can pay directly from your bank using these details:

  • Sort code: 83‑22‑26
  • Account number: 00146604
  • Reference: your account reference number
