Making history in 2012, Ben broke records becoming the first European to be crowned by Elvis Presley Enterprises as the ‘Worldwide Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist’ in Memphis.
Ben went on to headline the Late Show with David Letterman. Currently he is touring the globe with his phenomenal production ‘This is Elvis’.
Celebrating the life of an iconic showman, you’ll be taken on a trip down memory lane with many of Elvis' most loved songs. Including songs from the 1950s, the iconic '68 Comeback Special, and Ben's personal favourite, the 1970s Vegas concerts.

Exhibition: The Dutch Don’t Forget – The Cameronians in the British Liberation Army
Standing outside the entrance to Low Parks Museum is a simple, bronze memorial plaque on a polished granite plinth that bears the words “The Dutch Don’t Forget”. The plaque was presented to veterans of the 52nd (Lowland) Division, a Scottish, Territorial Army formation that played a vital part in the liberation of the Netherlands in the final stages of the Second World War. The message is simple, the Dutch will never forget the sacrifices made by the men of the 52nd (Lowland) Division in freeing them from Nazi oppression.
Two battalions of The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) proudly fought in the Dutch campaign in the Second World War. The 6th Battalion, historically covering the county of Lanarkshire, and the 7th Battalion, drawn mainly from the south side of the city of Glasgow.
This commemorative exhibition highlights the part played by these two battalions, as part of the 52nd (Lowland) Division, in this pivotal stage of the Second World War.

Karin, when working as an English teacher found coming to art classes at the Arts Centre a relaxing haven. And 20 or so years later she is still attending classes there.
Now retired with, nominally, more time, she is able to pursue her passion of painting with oil paints. She is also a keen gardener and both the more tropical flowers achieved in her greenhouse, and those in the garden feature greatly in her increasingly abstract floral subjects.
Her other love is travelling and seeing different ways of life and the richness of colour around the world. She paints landscapes near and far, also enjoying the wealth of scenery that Scotland provides. These memories are vividly captured on her canvases for all time.
It is the love of light, sunshine and colour which unites all her paintings.
