Full of Beans

Full of Beans

Full of Beans is a fun, free 10-week healthy lifestyle programme for children aged 18 months - 5 years and their families across Lanarkshire. Sessions include learning simple healthy lifestyle tips from trained NHS staff, joining in the Full of Beans song, and enjoying exciting games.

The next block runs 22 September - 28 November at the following centres:

Springhall Community Centre - Tuesdays 1:00pm - 2:00pm

East Kilbride Central Library - Thursdays 10:45am - 11:45am

Fairhill Lifestyles - Fridays 10:00am - 11:00am
