The Scottish Comedians stars five fantastic comedians!

The Scottish Comedians show is possibly the best comedy show you will see - with an amazing variety of comedians, all worthy of their own show!

After a hugely successful tour in 2024, the 2025 show promises to have another outstanding line up of headline comedians!

On the bill for Lanark Memorial Hall will be Des Clarke, Des McLean, Gareth Mutch, Jo Jo Sutherland and Gareth Waugh.

The Scottish Comedians are all brilliantly funny and all are performing for you on one special night.

We are bringing the best in Scottish Comedy to Lanark. The Scottish Comedians brings you different styles of comedy from the finest comedians from Scotland.

La Dolce Vita Swing Collective return to East Kilbride Arts Centre bringing with them their own brand of swing jazz.

This marvellous swing jazz band sprinkle a little sparkle as they make their way through songs made famous by some of the best performers that graced the golden age of the Las Vegas stage. They also turn their hand to more contemporary music, performing swing jazz cover versions of popular pop songs and they throw in a few classic Italian pop songs with a La Dolce Vita swing jazz feel.

La Dolce Vita promises to make this a fabulous sing along and dance along night out!!!

Move over Sam Spade – and make way for Lanarkshire’s very own private eye Tam Blade! Tam’s life becomes complicated when he meets Doll Face, fresh off the midnight train from Burnbank to Ferniegair. He knew from the moment they met that it was going to be … murder. 

This 1940’s radio tale of hot dames, clueless gangsters and hardboiled detectives takes place on a dark, wet night in downtown Hamilton – city of neon lights, clip joints, cool jazz and multiple murders. Could Tam end up the next John Doe on a slab with a label tied to his big toe?

EK Rep Theatre Club present Stepping Out - The Musical.

Stepping Out is a warm and very funny play about the lives, laughs and loves of a group of women (and one man) attending a weekly tap-dance class in a dingy North London church hall. As the play progresses, the class’s dancing improves to such an extent that by the climax, a grand charity show performance, they have been transformed into triumphant tappers, worthy of any chorus line. Richard Harris’s play now not only taps its way into your heart, but it sings its way there, too.

This amateur production of Stepping Out - The Musical is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd.
