Making a request

Your request does not need to be in writing or by using an official form. You can make your request by telephone or face to face. You don't have to give your name and address, although we can't respond if you don't give us a way of getting back to you.

You can use our online information request form, write, send an email or send your request in any permanent format directly to the relevant service or department.
