Burning garden waste
There is no law to stop people from burning garden/green waste in their garden. However when it becomes a nuisance or may affect health we can investigate.
If you think the fire is out of control and dangerous you should contact the Fire Service.
For information about dealing with bonfires, see our bonfire page.
