South Lanarkshire Council has promoted Community Asset Transfer through the council and community planning websites. There is a designated Community Asset Transfer email address – communityassets@southlanarkshire.gov.uk.

We have appointed a specific Community Asset Transfer Support Officer embedded in the Community Engagement Team to improve the Community Asset Transfer process and to particularly work with disadvantaged communities to look at Community Asset Transfer as an opportunity for community development.
