We aim to give you a response within 20 working days of receiving your request.
What happens after you apply
We review your request as soon as we receive it. If we are not sure what information you want, we will contact you to check.
If the information is already available online, we will tell you where you can find it.
How we share information
We give you the information in the format you ask for where possible. If we cannot share everything, we will explain what we can give you and why some information cannot be shared.
