How is the request handled?
We will process your request within 20 days of receiving it. If we are not sure about what you are requesting we will contact you to clarify what you are looking for.
If we already publish the information you request we may refuse your request but send you details of how to obtain the information.
We will give out the information in your preferred format whenever possible.
In some cases we will not be able to provide all of the information you request but we will give you what information we can and explain why other information cannot be given out to you.
