Bereavement Services - burial and cremation

We help you bring family and friends together for a funeral, wherever they are. Watch live from home or on the go, access a recording later, and create special photo tributes - all arranged simply through your Funeral Director. Our service is open to all, making it easy to stay connected and remember loved ones.

Live streaming

You can invite up to 150 people to watch a funeral service live on their phone, tablet or computer. If you expect more viewers, ask your Funeral Director about upgrades. The camera is fixed at the back of the Service Room, giving a clear view of the catafalque. The camera will also allow the viewer to clearly see any image or slideshow that is arranged. To set up a live stream, simply let your Funeral Director know when arranging the funeral.

On-demand recordings

If someone can’t watch live, you can still share the service with them later. We record every funeral as a backup. After the service, you can request an online recording, available to watch for 28 days, or you can order a downloadable version. Recordings are checked for quality and can include a personalised title. Your Funeral Director will send you a private link, usually within two working days.

Tributes and keepsakes

Add a personal touch with a tribute - a favourite photo or a slideshow during the service, with or without music. Order tributes through your Funeral Director before the funeral, or up to a month after. All services are recorded in case you decide later that you’d like a copy.
