Answer:

This is a recent issue on the Zinio side and it is related to the new release of Google Chrome. Zinio has fixed the problem but if you are experiencing this issue, step by step instructions are available here: http://imgs.zinio.com/cs/support/usa/faqs/zr4_air_problem.html#online
This issue does not affect Internet Explorer, FireFox or Safari browsers.
