South Lanarkshire Museums hold a large and varied photograph collection which includes prints, negatives, slides, photograph albums and framed works from the early days of photography through to the present day. 

This includes images of local towns and villages, in particular images of Hamilton, Rutherglen, Cambuslang, Strathaven, Stonehouse.

Many of the images we hold are available to purchase through our photographic reproduction service.  A list of our charges is available here. (Link to Charges PDF)
